Shipping Policy

If you’re buying something, we know you’ll be excited to receive it as soon as possible! We usually ship our orders within 1-2 business days after an order has been completed. If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you immediately. We ship from the United States and provide tracking for all orders.

Orders placed outside of business hours, over the weekend or on USA holidays will be shipped the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control and Premium Milano is not responsible for any delays/damage during transit by the courier service or customers.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and applied during checkout.

Free Ground Shipping on orders over $150 USD (Ship Time: 5-7 Business Days)
Orders under $150 USD will be charged a $10 USD shipping charge
Express - $20 (Ship Time: 2 Business Days)

Shipping Times

For all orders please note the shipping time does not include *Handling time

- Standard Ground/Home Delivery: 3-7 business days (please note Saturday delivery is not available in all areas)

- Express transit time 2 business days

Please note: Expedited shipments are delivered Monday through Friday only. Shipping carriers may not offer all shipping service options to every location.

Packaging

In order to ensure your order gets to you safely, each item is packaged and shipped individually. We make sure to package all of our items in sturdy boxes with protective materials, so that they arrive in pristine condition and without any damages.

Tracking Numbers
When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email so that you can monitor your order's progress. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to appear in the shipping carrier's system.

Signature Requirement On Delivery

All orders are shipped with an Indirect Signature Requirement – this means all orders will need to signed for to be delivered. If you are not able to sign for your delivery, we recommend going to the courier website and arranging for your order to be held at the nearest pick up location to avoid your order being returned to sender.

Express Shipping
Please note that orders placed with Express shipping still require time to be processed at our warehouse and may not ship until the next day. Orders placed after 10:30AMPST/1:30PM EST will not be shipped until the following day.
